Sample Guidelines

Cell Suspensions (fresh)

•  Send 100k–150k cells/sample when possible
•  Target >90% viability (minimum 80%)
•  Extra material helps if re-load is needed due to clog/malfunction
Frozen Tissue

•  Recommend ≥25 mg tissue for Flex workflows or snRNA-seq
•  Nuclei isolation supported (in-house or Chromium Nuclei Isolation kit)
•  Ask us for guidance based on tissue type
Fixed Cells or Nuclei

•  Preparation guidance provided during consultation
